Vendoor – Return & Refund Policy

At Vendoor, we are committed to offering a reliable and satisfying local shopping experience. As we connect customers to local vendors, we strive to ensure quality and support hassle-free returns wherever possible, while considering the nature of goods and vendor policies.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Perishable products (like vegetables, fruits, dairy, snacks) are non-returnable unless delivered in a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect condition.
- Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are excluded.
2. How to Request a Return
You can request a return in 3 simple steps:
- Open the Vendoor app and go to Order History.
- Select the relevant order and choose the item(s) to return.
- Mention the reason and upload images if applicable.
Our customer support team will verify and get back with return instructions.
3. Refund Process
- Once a return is verified and approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method used.
- Refunds take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
- For damaged or incorrect deliveries, a full refund including delivery charges may be provided.
4. Exceptions & Limitations
- Items that are personalized or customized cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
- Orders placed via QR code or direct vendor UPI (i.e., not processed via Vendoor’s payment gateway) may be non-refundable through the app.
- For disputes beyond 24 hours of delivery, returns may be denied based on vendor policies.
5. Quality Guarantee
If you believe a product doesn’t meet quality standards:
- Contact Vendoor support through the app or helpline.
- Attach clear images or proof of the product issue.
- Based on verification, we may offer:
- Full or partial refund
- Replacement (if vendor agrees)
- Store credit
6. No Additional Charges
We do not charge any extra fees for processing valid return/refund requests. All returns are handled in line with our customer-first policy.
